She's here!

Ava Nichole was born on 1/23/06 at 8:09pm weighing in at 6#'s 10 oz and 19 inches long.

It was a long day with the induction, and then later I had some complications, but everyone is now home and doing well. :)

Bedrest & a Baby

Bedrest until Monday am, when we go off to the hosp. for induction. Gotta love high blood pressure, don't ya?

Still here

I'm still here! :) Things are going well for the most part. my BP has been up a bit and I've had some swelling in my legs/ankles, so I've been told to make sure I lay down during the day.

I'm pretty sure the baby dropped yesterday. Lots of pelvic heaviness, and.. I CAN BREATHE AGAIN! :)

Oh and BIG congrats to Denise over at Just Another Ordinary Day... She had a a baby girl yesterday! :-D

I'm Feeling

the need to get the hell out of my house today!! If you need me, I'll be at the mall. :)

Short Bellied Momma's

...make the rockin' world go round. Or not... I find myself frequently telling J that Momma can't do "this or that" because of her big belly. She usually responds to that with "Will you be able to do it when your belly is short again?" It makes me laugh. Not smaller, not flatter, but "short". :) Like the rest of me, I guess.

Now that Christmas is over and done with, she's started her sister countdown. She keeps askign when sister is goign to come out. This am she asked "how many more months" I said 1 more. "ONE more?? YIPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" :-D
